Residential

For homeowners, home builders, property managers and general contractors, Krug Demolition offers a complete array of residential demolition services.

General clean up - People collect things that they eventually do not need – it is human nature. How can you dispose of those things? Very simple: just call Krug Demolition and we will handle the pickup, loading, hauling and disposal in one simple step.

Concrete, Brick, Block, and Asphalt Removal – If you need to tear out a driveway, patio, or some other slab, we can help.

Remodeling/Renovation – Homeowners who want to update or add on to their homes will need to dispose of construction debris from the area being renovated or remodeled. Trust Krug Demolition to give you an accurate bid on selective removal of such items and to remove them in a safe, economical way. Remember: demolition is our area of expertise.

Whole house demolition – In some cases (fire damage, a property purchased recently with the intent to tear down and start over, dilapidation from years of neglect) it is in the owner’s best interest to simply tear down the whole house. Krug Demolition has demolished hundreds of houses in the Greater Cleveland Area.

Commercial

Selective Interior and Exterior Demolition - Do you want to renovate or expand a commercial space for a new tenant? Or do you just need to change the façade of the building for an updated look? General contractors, property managers and commercial landlords use Krug Demolition because we are efficient, competitively priced, clean and do not disturb areas that are not part of the remodeling project.

Whole building demolition - Krug Demolition has completed commercial tear downs of steel, wood, block and brick buildings. We work quickly and efficiently and always try to minimize or eliminate our impact on the environment.

Industrial

Selective Interior and Exterior Demolition – Demolition in industrial applications can be tricky for the inexperienced. Unlike its commercial and residential counterparts, industrial renovation typically involves much stronger, more complex materials and configurations. Industrial spaces use heavy gauge steel, I beams, concrete with heavy reinforcement; this is not good territory for the uninitiated!

Whole building demolition – If tearing out a piece or part of an industrial building is hard, just imagine tearing down the whole building. The hardest part is typically the concrete. Matthew Krug, the owner and founder of Krug Demolition, has processed over two million tons of concrete in the past 10 years. There is no slab, brick, block, or piece we can’t handle.
